Video: What do you do Neil?

You may recognise Neil from his performances in 'Whose Line Is it Anyway’ and two 'Austin Powers' movies.

You will have heard his voice on lots of TV commercials and BBC Radio 4 comedy shows.

He still performs most Sundays with the Comedy Store Players, Europe's top improv troupe, which he co-founded with Mike Myers.

Neil’s fourth book, *In The Moment*, published by Kogan Page in June 2023 has chapters on leadership, creativity, humour at work, collaboration, storytelling, meetings, the human connection and even serendipity …more

Neil’s unique combination of humour and insight means he is in demand as a keynote speaker, workshop leader and communication coach for senior leaders.

He is THE expert at bringing the improv mindset to business.

Neil's fascination about how people can work better together started at Cambridge University where, apart from being President of the famous Footlights, he found time to study economics and social sciences.

And if you want an hilarious comedy performance, why not check out Neil’s award-winning satirical alter ego, L. Vaughan Spencer, whose motto is ‘Don’t Be Needy, Be Succeedy’.
